Whether you're hosting a birthday party, business function, shower, or intimate wedding, our flexible, comfortable venue can help make your event a success.

Round tables: 5 ft diameter (seats ~8)

🕒 Flexible Booking Options

Rent by the hour—only pay for the time you need
Hourly rate: $75 + HST
10% discount for rentals of 6+ hours ($67.50/hr)
Calendar open 12 months in advance (most renters book 30–60 days out)
All setup and cleanup time must be included in your rental hours

🪑 Capacity & Layout

Seating for up to 104 guests with dance floor space
Without a dance floor, capacity is assessed based on your layout
Tables and chairs are preset based on your guest count and requests

🧼 Policies & Support

A staff member is always on-site during your rental
Renters must tidy their space (we provide garbage/recycling bags)
No deep cleaning required—just leave it as you found it
Damage deposit: $250, refunded by cheque post-event if no damages
All events must conclude (including cleanup) by 1:00 AM

🎉 Decor & Alcohol Policy

Renters may bring their own decorations (no decor provided by us)
Only green painter’s tape may be used on walls
No confetti or small particles allowed
Candles only on birthday cakes—no open flames otherwise
No outside alcohol allowed
- Bar service can be added to your rental contract if alcohol is desired

🍸 Bar Service Add-On

Looking to serve drinks at your event? We offer bar service as an optional add-on for $35 + HST per hour of service.

Bar service includes:

A certified on-staff bartender
Full access to our extensive drink menu (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
Available as a cash bar, host bar, or hybrid setup

Drink purchases are billed separately from the bar service fee. Add this upgrade to your event for a seamless, professional experience that takes the stress out of beverage service.
