Ice Rentals at The Galt Curling Club

Looking for a fun and unforgettable group activity this winter? Whether you're planning a birthday party, corporate team-building event, school outing, or just a unique experience with friends, renting ice at our club is a great way to get everyone laughing and learning something new.

✅ What’s Included With Your Ice Rental

Ice rentals are booked per sheet, with each sheet accommodating up to 8 people
Minimum 2-sheet rental required
$70 + HST per sheet (2-hour session)
Locker/change rooms available for use during your rental
A staff member will be on-site throughout your event for support and safety
Access to our upper hall is included for your group to relax and socialize before or after your ice time

🧹 Optional Add-Ons

Equipment rental (brooms, sliders, and grippers): $25 + HST per sheet (for up to 8 people)
Coaching services: Add a certified instructor to your rental for just $25 + HST per sheet
Bar service: Available at $25 + HST per hour, includes a certified bartender and full access to our drink menu

🕒 Availability & Booking Info

Ice is available from mid-September to mid-April each year
Please contact the club directly for season-specific start and end dates
Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance
Sundays and weekday evenings are not available for rentals
Our ice rental calendar opens for the next season as soon as the current one concludes

👟 What to Bring

All participants must wear clean indoor running shoes or curling-specific footwear
Helmets are strongly recommended for all ages and are required for children 12 and under
All participants must sign a waiver on-site before entering the ice surface
